Context
I designed AI-powered workflows within a creator marketing platform to help influencer marketers automate time-consuming program management tasks. Through a conversational AI assistant, users can generate reports, discover and recruit creators, build segments, launch campaigns, and update commissions using simple prompts.
The feature was built in response to a common pain point: influencer marketers often manage large creator programs with limited time and fragmented tools. By embedding AI-driven workflows directly into the platform, the product becomes a centralized system for managing and scaling affiliate and creator programs.
