Messaging in Marketing Tool

I designed an in-platform messaging system that allows influencer marketers to communicate directly with creators throughout the creator lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to campaign participation and retention.

Previously, marketers relied on external email tools to recruit and manage creator relationships, creating fragmented workflows. By integrating messaging directly into the platform, brands can invite creators, send campaign updates, follow up on participation, and maintain relationships without leaving the product.

This feature helps streamline creator program management and strengthens the platform as a centralized system for running and growing creator and affiliate programs.
